Send email to email@example.com with all of the following information:
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- The model and serial number of your bass
- The service(s) you would like to have done. See our Services list for options. Note: Most people have new strings installed and a Set-up done while their bass is in for service.
After we receive your email and answers to any questions we may have, you will receive a Service Order and RA number.
- The Service Order will serve as your order confirmation and will include information regarding scheduling, shipping, and payment submission (all service work must be prepaid).
- The RA number will be valid for 10 days within the scheduling/shipping dates that will be provided with your Service Order.
**Shipments sent to us without a valid RA number will be refused**
