 Many companies have much of their product(s) manufactured overseas or in Mexico by factory
workers and/or manufacturing machines. Then they import them, do minor finish work or assembly here and (legally?) call their products “Made in the U.S.A.”
Another common practice amongst the “high end” hand made bass makers is to sub contract the
body, and/or neck woodworking, and call it their own. And VERY few shops do their own finish work
We, on the other hand, can proudly say that we make our basses COMPLETELY here in the U.S.A. We buy rough boards
of lumber and every step of the bass-making process is done here, by Michael Pedulla in our small shop in Massachusetts -- Pedulla bass guitars REALLY are completely Made in the U.S.A.!

Our bridges have
changed. The company that manufactured our bridges went out of business for a time, forcing us to obtain new ones. The new bridges are not dramatically different than the ones used previously, but we
wanted to let you know there was a change. They exhibit the same tonal qualities and are made in the U.S
Our newer tuning keys
(also called “machine heads”) have a style similar to our older ones but the string post is now thicker. Black keys are now a “Black Chrome” color instead of
the old style solid black.
